    What I don’t like is there are exercises for body’s strength and in this age children need coordination and flexibility, so it’s good to avoid these exercises

    Me parece muy bien casi todos los ejercicios , lo que NO me parece tan bien el porque se separan todos los ejercicios en dos grupos CHICOS Y CHICAS , porque no unir su fuerza y destreza de una forma conjunta? Seria mas equilibrado y ameno.

    I love all these ideas. I would recommend to not have lines longer than 4 to 5 students to maximize activity time for students. Best regards
