Hey. I have a question. Can you make make a video we’re you say were you bought all the things for in the cage?
Last summer I was thinking about getting guinea pigs and I was thinking about getting a store cage, but I watch your videos and saw that you need a decently sized cage. So that summer (according to where I live about 3 months ago) I got a Midwest guinea habitat. The dimensions are 47×24 inches. The only mistakes I made were adding the ramp and buying the pigs at petco. I got the pigs on the 4th of July and I didn’t do to much research on where to get them, therefore the pigs I got had mites/ringworm. A week after I got them Charlie (one of my pigs) got his neck caught in the ramp. Sadly I wasn’t fast enough and he passed. Lenny (my other pig) started showing signs of illnesses (Thanks to your vids I knew) so I used ringworm medicine. Didn’t work. I just let it be and give him a good supplement of veggies and it’s now fading away. I know now that when I get a new pig, to adopt him at the pound. I know piggies aren’t supposed to live alone, but I have to make do until my local pound has a piggie which fortunately they have usually have piggies to adopt. If you read this I just wanted to say thx for the helpful vids.

I have a problem.
Today my guinea pig fell in my hands on the ground. She eats and drinks, but acts weird; She is making weird noises, coughs and she don’t want to come out. I checked her legs and mouth, legs were okay, but half of her tooth was gone. Can you give me some information or make a video about it? Should I visit the vet? Is her thing bad? Does she survive?
Please answer or give a good info.

Edit:Sorry, with her teeth, is nothing wrong, I just saw wrong. But on her lip there is a bleeding place, but there wasn’t blood. She runs normally, but slower. Might it be a broken leg?

I started watching your videos a while ago and your videos made me fall in love with guinea pigs, since i live in apartment they dont allow dogs and we cant afford a dog or cat, i was lucky enough to get a guinea pig. i learned that a guinea pig is enough for me,They are just too adorable and i got my self a piggie after i watched your channel! I absoulotely love your videos, everything helps! All of your piggies are amazing and adorable!

I I am getting 2 guinea pigs for Christmas and we have to keep them outside we live in England so it is normal very cold what should we do ? My mum likes the house clean so keeping them inside is not an option for us 😕 the temperature dose not go under 5* please reply thank you x

Thank you for this great advice! I had recently been considering making my two piggies outdoor guinea pigs, considering I’ve moved to an area with actual seasons, it’s never too chilly or hot. Although, I would be paranoid that a hawk (common among my area) would swoop down and take them. But thank you anyways!

Hi! I live in Canada and it’s already cold here! My guinea pigs live indoors, and is it OK that they have a small heater and slightly smaller set up and LOTS of blankets to keep them warm? Tnx!

I have a little barn at my house with a pen for them (it has a lot of room and all the holes in it a patched up so they can’t escape)I have a fan for when it gets hot and a heater when it gets cold I am not sure the exact measurements of the cage but all I know is it is pretty much the size of your cage maybe bigger. I live somewhere with moderate temperatures (usually 50 degrees in winter or warmer) and in summer it is like usually 70-80 degrees. Will my Guinea pigs be safe?

Little Adventures I’m back!!! Love you so much. Today I found 4 Guinea pigs outdoors in a tiny 3 square feet cage, They were at least lucky that they had a cage, I called the animal shelter and they called back at midnight and said that the Guinea pigs were about to be put down, but before she could put them down 3 of them died already, and one of them were perfectly healthy. I bought the one that was healthy and put it in the cage with the rest of my Guinea pigs. My Guinea pigs names are: Narnia, Butterscoth, Olive, and Lilee. Lilee is my new one. What do you consider as a cold temperature? In my area the lowes temperature in heavy winter is like 7 degrees celcius, is that too much suffer for my guinea pigs?
