Kayaking the Florida keys – 9 days from Key Largo to Key West

Kayaking from Key Largo to key west on our inflatable kayak (Sea Eagle Razorlite).

It took us 9 days to paddle a total of 194 km (121 miles).
Key Largo — Tavernier Key — Islamorada — Long Key — Key Colony — Molasses Keys — Big Pine Key — Upper Sugarloaf Key — Key West (Fort Zachary Taylor State Park)
With stops at Dove Key, Indian Key and Pigeon Key
We encountered dolphins, sharks, turtles, key deer, and many other species.

    I would have chosen a Hobie with pedal-drive, and sail for efficiency, but that was truly awesome!
