When you live in the Rockies, you play in the Rockies. Anytime. Of. The. Year.

  12. Khalid Tamr on February 2, 2020 at 10:22 am

This is insane! I’ve never hiked anything serious before and I’m about to attempt Angel’s Landing in about 2-3 weeks and apparently it’s still covered in snow. Is it a technically difficult hike? I’m a little scared but this may be my only chance to do it ever. Would you recommend against it?

  13. profd65 on February 2, 2020 at 10:22 am

Cheap attempt to get YouTube clicks. The sad thing is that morons like this will end up getting the place closed down, ruining it for everybody

  14. Thomas Anthony on February 2, 2020 at 10:22 am

How sketchy was it with the ice? I’m going in late December. Great video y’all!

  15. Phillip Jones on February 2, 2020 at 10:23 am

Curiosity, what’s your day job bro ??

  16. gee vee on February 2, 2020 at 10:24 am

Please do the decent responsible thing and take this video down. Next week is spring break. How are you going to feel if someone falls after watching your reckless video?

  17. Neemor's World on February 2, 2020 at 10:25 am

    Who would try this hike?
Also, I helped Puma film his video up there. Check it out!: https://youtu.be/OvPYhSZ1umk

Wow, some of these comments are real negative. I appreciate fun videos like this and you showing the lighter side of hiking.

  19. Swerly01 on February 2, 2020 at 10:26 am

    Beautiful cinematography! Cool hike! Subscribed!

  20. Rhonda Whittall/ Burmeister on February 2, 2020 at 10:27 am

    Awesome as always✌️

  21. Randy Smith on February 2, 2020 at 10:28 am

Yeah, I think micro spikes are a little light duty for that upper part, and most crampons are way too much and would be awkward, wait until summer πŸ™‚

  22. Diana Hammond on February 2, 2020 at 10:32 am

Nope! Way too big a chicken, but thanks for sharing your insanity! LOL And for all the negative comments, ya gotta live until you die, might as well have some fun and enjoy it. Be careful telling others what to do, that’s how we got so damn many government regulations and now nobody wants to take responsibility for their own actions….always looking for somebody else to blame.

  23. absinthegreen on February 2, 2020 at 10:34 am

Nice unique twist on a classic. What, triple black diamond slope you think? Snow was pretty but super sketchy!

  28. Cam Hikes on February 2, 2020 at 10:41 am

No traction device either? Wowzer! Crazy dude, but fun to watch. πŸ™‚

  33. gee vee on February 2, 2020 at 10:49 am

Incredibly foolish! And now you’ve encouraged others. Not cool! The loved ones of the last 8 people who have fallen to their death there are not happy.

  34. Russell in the Bush on February 2, 2020 at 10:49 am

I did that hike… when I was younger than you are. It wasn’t icy. No real desire to do it again, with or without ice…

  35. Sensatious Hiatus on February 2, 2020 at 10:49 am

    Nice…Looks like good fun!

  43. Brett Faver on February 2, 2020 at 10:54 am

    nope nope nope

  44. Les Howard on February 2, 2020 at 10:55 am

I day hiked the trail in summer 2010. It’s beautiful in winter. Did you use microspikes or crampons? The glissading scenes – without a safety rope, that’s dangerous. Once you start you have no control over where you’re going.

  45. Ian Chandler on February 2, 2020 at 10:57 am

During what month was this video filmed?

  46. Anna on February 2, 2020 at 10:57 am

I planned on doing this hike this Saturday. I’ve never been before. I’m afraid I won’t be able to do 0:56!!!!

  47. gee vee on February 2, 2020 at 10:58 am

    So very disappointed in you.

  48. Gabi1342 on February 2, 2020 at 11:00 am

Hmmm, top 10 most beautiful places to die?

  49. Birddog NC on February 2, 2020 at 11:00 am

Dude! That was awesome…..and completely insane at the same time! I’ve done that hike in perfectly dry and warm weather….and felt like it was a little sketch even then. CAN’T imagine the pucker factor up there in ice. Well done!!

  50. GPK on February 2, 2020 at 11:01 am

Someday in the distant future you’ll think "I hiked Angel’s Landing in winter and now I won’t drive in the rain". Yes sir, that day is coming so enjoy the here and now.
