    Twenty-thousand miles to an oasis
    Twenty-thousand years will I burn
    Twenty-thousand chances I’ve wasted
Waiting for the moment to turn
I would give my life to find it
    I would give it all
    Catch me if I fall
Walking through the woods, I have faced it
    Looking for something to learn
    Forty-thousand thoughts have been wasted
Never in my time to return
I would give my life to find it
    I would give it all
    Catch me if I fall

Imagine if scumbag scrappers, looters, and taggers didn’t destroy this building and how it would look today inside. Some water damage I think this place would still be beautiful inside.

What a fucking name for a hotel… calling it ‘Quim’ Hotel would have been better than ‘Grim’

  28. Moniker on February 26, 2020 at 1:34 pm

The Grim is being renovated and converted to condos. Work on hazardous material abatement has begun. From an article in the Texarkana Gazette there is this: ".. the basement is considered a fully contaminated space, requiring workers to wear complete protective gear such as respirators and hazmat suits."

If that TV in the window could hit someone below it would be good to just remove it, even though it isn’t about to fall now and you didn’t put it there.

Yo, leave us boomers alone with that thirteen channels stuff. Channels stopped their broadcast day at 12 am. The Flintstones sold cigarettes. Three channels plus UHF and VHF. My family didn’t get a color TV until 1969; A floor model like the one in the video.
It’s fun to watch you guys explore. I’ll continue to enjoy your explorations. PEACE
