Discovery Land Rovers Off Road 4×4 at Appin

Discovery Land Rovers Off Road 4×4 at Appin

LROR (Land Rovers Off Road) 2016 final run for 2016.
3 Land Rover Discoverys off road at Georges River Appin and Saw Pit Gully.
Be sure to check out the Range Rover Classic vs Discovery 1 video for more Appin action, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8EeTgTTFZs

Here we have 3 Discos of varying vintage:
200 series Discovery 1 3dr V8 Rossignol.
300 series Discovery 1 300tdi.
Discovery 2a TD5 Face Lift.

It was a fun day out with the Discoverys where we encounter different off road obstacles and terrain. Some big rock steps, deep ruts and off camber situations. We cross Georges River several times and work our way to Saw Pit Gully.

The Discovery 2 was very impressive considering it was in almost standard trim. The Discovery 1 300tdi also did great and is twin locked however the front locker was only working intermittently.

This is the last run for the 2dr Rossi D1 in its current form. Subscribe to our channel for upcoming videos to see the latest mods and changes.

Enjoy and feel free to share and comment.

Land Rovers are like the Jeeps of Europe. Off road savy, but pretty unreliable and for some reason stupidly popular and expensive

Ha! I saw the big rock on the side on top of that step at 17:04 that I winched out of the way one night when I was on a solo trip πŸ˜‚

Nice video. All Disco’s did good. I like the idea of twin lockers before any other mod, made that stock looking D1 look so capable.
