Catch & Cook Pheasant Hunting With The Firebox Wood Fueled Camping Stove!
I was invited to join a private pheasant hunt (Birds were farm raised) with family and thought it would be nice to cook up some of the harvest right in the field. We were running out of daylight, so we chose to cut out the breast meat and saved to rest of the meat to take home. Tasted amazing! Fried the still warm breast meat from a ring neck pheasant and a chucker in lots of butter. II ran the Firebox Stove on charcoal, which worked out perfectly!
A special thanks to my cousins who were nice enough to let me tag along.

All the family enjoys the hunting and the food 🥘 👍👌
If you dislike, you use 130$ weekly on KFC!!
wtf is ur child doing with that thing…. u want to lose and eye or something?
Thanks for making hunting a family experience. I grew up this way and I love taking my kids out with me . They are getting grown now . And they love hunting and the outdoors .
Great vid pheasant is a great tasting bird, I’m from the uk and shoot them when in season, does anyone know the name of that water bottle???
Why yall don’t season meat properly?????
Good. It looks delucius
Thats what hunting is all about right there. Awesome.
yummy⁇
Awesome setup brother!
Good to see you raising your kids to respect & enjoy the bounty of our great land.
Cheers from Illinois.
Птичку жалко…..

Overcooked the shit outa that little breast
Looks good! I did a video on some fried quail and they were really good! Check it out!
I honestly don’t like eating stuff from the wild but that actually looks good and I would love to try it!
YES🤩🤩🤩 THAT is how we want it👍👍👍👏👏👏
Never had pheasant…does it taste the same as chicken 🐔?
A warm happiness family.
Maybe some herbs and seasonings for the tenders. It is still good just fried in butter. But I am a culinary snob. Some red wine and rosemary would help, along with some fresh thyme.
Like I said,…I’m a snob. I like enjoying not only the hunt, but the cooking afterwords. I use an MSR firefly and cook my trout or game within an hour after I catch them.
Wine goes into a collapsible bottle for cooking and drinking. Herbs are always in small containers which I carry in my pack. Always carry butter and lard with me.
A tipple of good port or Bourbon whiskey is another pack in absolute.
I’m 62 years young, and now am looking to enjoy every day as if it is my last. As it might well be.
Savor every moment and look to every sunrise as a new beginning.
Stock-up on these memories to have when you will eventually grow old. To have something to look back upon and remember with fondness.
Best way to top-off a pheasant/ chukar hunt:….cook the birds right there in the field.
Best bird I had was a Spruce Grouse in Idaho, which was cooked within 4 minutes of being shot.
Team fuzzy face FTW!
I’m going hunting with birds of prey for the first time soon. Either with a goshawk or a Harris hawk. The birds eat what we catch. Though we sometimes take the pheasant because it’s too good to pass up!
I dont That little girl really need a gun
Very nice. I think you should eat the legs etc too. That way nothing edible does to waste and those taste pretty good too.
Food looks amazing. Love your content!
Waste of beautiful birds
Great video, what is the pressurized water product you use to wash your hands and the chicken?
Damn the little one had the end of that barrel pointed right under her chin at 0:23, bad habit
nice videos want try eat
I need that table in my life
มีความสุขกับการล่าสุด คนพวกนี้มีความสุขกับการสร้างกรรม
I don’t mind the hunting, but I do mind pathetic cooking. If you are going to eat it, season it and cook it right.
As an indian i can say these kids lives are freaking awesome.
wow man what a lovely video 10/10
Great video! Thanks a bunch Sir!
People in NYC will be angry at this video. In the past we Asain even eat dog for our servival.

Did anyone else see how that gun almost shot her dog with that bb gun
No processed food around here 😂
Love those griffins.
Great hunt!!
เครื่องในก็อร่อยนะ
That firebox stove remind me of Yuru Camp for some reason.
What kind of a water bottle was that? When you washed your hands. That will come in handy.
